Why content batching usually falls apart

No Dedicated Time

Posting becomes an afterthought squeezed in five minutes before it's due, so it either doesn't happen or reads like it was rushed.

Same Post, Different Day

Without a format plan, every post becomes another promotional pitch. The feed feels repetitive, and audiences quietly tune out.

Blank Page Paralysis

An empty caption box is enough friction on its own to skip posting for the day - and one skipped day turns into a skipped week.

The 5-Minute Daily Habit

Act as a social media content strategist for a small or medium business.

Business: [BUSINESS NAME]
Type of business: [BUSINESS TYPE]
Location (if relevant): [LOCATION]
Platform: [INSTAGRAM / FACEBOOK / LINKEDIN / TIKTOK / THREADS]
Brand voice: [E.G. WARM AND CASUAL / CONFIDENT AND DIRECT / PLAYFUL / EXPERT AND STRAIGHTFORWARD]

What's happening in the business this week: [PASTE 2-3 SENTENCES — a promotion, a new product, a season, an event, or just "nothing specific, keep it evergreen"]

Write 7 posts, one for each day of the week, covering these formats so the week doesn't feel repetitive:
1. Product/service highlight — spotlight one specific offering and the concrete result or benefit it delivers.
2. Behind-the-scenes — a small, human moment from how the business actually runs (not staged-sounding).
3. Customer story or testimonial-style post — either a real quote if provided, or a realistic scenario framed as "a customer came to us because..."
4. Tip or piece of advice — something genuinely useful to the audience that isn't a sales pitch, related to the business's expertise.
5. Promotional/offer post — direct, with a clear reason to act now.
6. Question or engagement post — designed to get comments, not likes.
7. Myth-bust or common mistake post — corrects a misconception the audience likely has about the product, service, or industry.

For each post:
- Keep it under 60 words unless the platform is LinkedIn (then up to 120 words is fine).
- Open with the strongest line, not a warm-up sentence — assume the reader sees only the first line before deciding to keep reading.
- Use at most 1 emoji, only if it fits the brand voice — never use one if the voice is "expert and straightforward."
- End every post with a specific call to action (visit, comment, DM, book, reply), never a vague "learn more."
- Suggest 3-5 relevant hashtags per post, mixing broad and niche ones — don't reuse the exact same hashtag set on every post.

Present the output as a simple table: Day | Format | Post copy | Hashtags — so it can be scanned and scheduled in one pass.
