This Privacy Policy explains how 8a Solutions Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit or use AIMastermind.app (the "Site"). AIMastermind.app is a free daily micro-learning resource providing AI prompts, templates, and workflows for use with third-party AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
AIMastermind.app is operated by 8a Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, registered office at London, N22 5SS.

2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Live chat messages. If you use the "Ask AI" chat feature, the text you type is sent to our backend (a Cloudflare Worker) and forwarded to Google's Gemini API to generate a response. We do not require any personal details to use this feature, and we ask that you avoid sharing sensitive personal information in chat messages.
- Support/purchase information. If you choose to support the Site or purchase a paid product via the "Buy Me a Coffee" button, that transaction is handled entirely by Buy Me a Coffee (BMC) / PMD Trading Ltd, not by us. We do not receive or store your payment card details. See Buy Me a Coffee's own privacy policy for how they handle your data.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and technical data. Like most websites, we may automatically collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring pages, typically via cookies or similar technologies described in Section 4.
3. How we use your information
- To operate and improve the Site and the "Ask AI" chat feature
- To respond to questions submitted via chat or email
- To understand aggregate usage of the Site so we can improve the prompts and workflows we publish
- To comply with our legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use chat content to build an advertising profile of you.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site may use cookies or local storage set by third-party services embedded on the page (for example, analytics or the Buy Me a Coffee widget). You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; doing so may affect how some features of the Site work.
5. Third parties we work with
To operate the Site, we rely on the following third-party services, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Google Gemini API / Google Cloud — processes the text you send through the "Ask AI" chat feature to generate a response.
- Cloudflare — hosts the Worker that relays chat messages between the Site and the Gemini API.
- Buy Me a Coffee (PMD Trading Ltd) — processes support payments and one-time product purchases made via the "Buy Me a Coffee" button.
- Google Fonts, Tailwind CSS CDN, Font Awesome CDN — deliver fonts, styling, and icons used on the Site; these may load resources directly from their own servers.
Where these providers process data outside the UK or EEA (for example, Google's infrastructure may process data in the United States), they do so under their own applicable safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Legal basis for processing (UK GDPR)
Where UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the following bases:
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Site and respond to enquiries.
- Consent — where you voluntarily submit a message via chat or contact us directly.
- Contract — where you purchase a paid product, to the extent we are involved in fulfilling that purchase.
7. Data retention
We retain chat interaction data only as long as necessary to operate and improve the "Ask AI" feature, and do not maintain individual user profiles. Purchase and payment records are retained by Buy Me a Coffee in line with their own policies and applicable financial record-keeping laws.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data, where applicable
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled

9. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
