These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AIMastermind.app (the "Site"), operated by 8a Solutions Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, registered office London, N22 5SS, ICO registration reference ZC213523.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site offers
AIMastermind.app publishes free, daily AI prompts, templates, and workflows for use with third-party AI tools such as Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI ChatGPT. The Site also offers an "Ask AI" chat assistant, and may from time to time offer optional paid products via Buy Me a Coffee.
Prompts and workflows are provided for you to copy and use in your own AI tools of choice. We do not run, host, or guarantee the output of any third-party AI tool.
2. Free content and no signup
Access to the prompts, templates, and workflows published on the Site does not require account creation or payment. We may introduce optional paid products in the future (see Section 6); these will always be clearly marked as such.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site or "Ask AI" chat feature for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site, the chat backend, or related infrastructure
- Scrape, republish, or resell the Site's content at scale without our permission (see Section 5 on individual use of prompts)
- Use automated means to extract data from the Site beyond normal browsing
- Submit unlawful, abusive, or sensitive personal information through the "Ask AI" chat feature
4. The "Ask AI" chat assistant
The "Ask AI" feature uses Google's Gemini API to generate responses about the Site's content. It is provided for general guidance only and:
- Is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise)
- May occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses, as with any AI system
- Should not be relied upon for decisions with legal, financial, or safety consequences without independent verification
You are responsible for how you use any information provided by the chat assistant.
5. Intellectual property and use of prompts
Unless otherwise stated, the prompts published on the Site are free for you to copy, adapt, and use in your own personal or business AI workflows. The Site's design, branding, original written content (guides, explanations, page copy), and the "AIMastermind" name and logo remain the property of 8a Solutions Ltd and may not be reproduced, resold, or repackaged as your own product without our written permission.
6. Paid products
From time to time, we may offer optional paid products (such as an extended prompt pack or system) via Buy Me a Coffee. Where a paid product is offered:
- The price and what's included will be clearly stated before purchase
- Payment is processed entirely by Buy Me a Coffee (PMD Trading Ltd); we do not directly handle or store your payment details
- Purchases are generally one-time and yours to keep, unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase
- Refund requests should be directed through Buy Me a Coffee's own refund process in the first instance; contact us via chat or email if you need help
7. Third-party links and tools
The Site links to third-party tools and destinations, including Google Gemini and Alexander's Shop (visitnow.site). We do not control these third-party sites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any linked third-party service is governed by that service's own terms.
8. No warranty
The Site, its prompts, and the "Ask AI" feature are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce a specific result when used with a third-party AI tool, as outputs depend on the tool and inputs you use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8a Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, the prompts published on it, or any output generated by a third-party AI tool based on that content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, where such exclusion would be unlawful.
10. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, including individual prompts or the "Ask AI" feature, at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
